We are a small business located in a small town in New Hampshire with a population of a little over two thousand residents. It all started in the back yard at the grill. i just got tired of hot dogs and hamburgers. i know there had to be more and i started doing research, watching the cooking shows on TV and practicing what I had learned. My immediate and extended family were my test subjects. After many years and lots of suggestions about going to the next step, I finally took the plunge and went public with my products. I have kept it small by only offering what I think of as my best products, products that never fail me at the annual family gatherings or private catered events. I will be offering my version of a cookbook in the near future, but will not be offended if someone out there reminds me about it from time to time. This is a part time hobby that I would love to take to the next level.
I use organic items as often as I can and I always use less salt than what other folks use in their recipes.
