The old saying " wheres there smoke there is fire" is not always true unless you are heavy handed. With this rub a little goes a long way. 1 tsp per side of a 3-4 lbs pork tenderloin will add a nice smokey flavor and not burn your eye brows. Superb with chicken and fish.
